The work with Project Onboard Denmark involved doing a “Company DNA” workshop. This gave us the opportunity to have an experienced external facilitator to guide the discussion. It helped us talk about new topics and gave participants a safe space for sharing their thoughts. The discussions resulted in a number of important take-aways that we had not anticipated. It gave us a better understanding of our company’s culture and collaborative environment that we can use when looking to tweak our current culture and when onboarding new employees.
